- Led internal investigation for client company that is a North American market leader in industrial cooling tower design, manufacturing and field services, in connection with a computer fraud, bid-rigging and theft of trade secrets investigation by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Assisted company in responding to federal search warrants executed at multiple company locations, and follow-on grand jury subpoenas. Coordinating defense of company in connection with criminal investigation, parallel civil litigation brought by competitor company, and employment litigation brought by former employee in connection with same.
- Conducted fraud investigation on behalf of one of the three major Performing Rights Organizations (who pay public performance royalties to songwriters, artists and producers) and secured FBI criminal investigation of $300,000+ theft by fraudulent member.
- Represent the Safety/Quality Assurance Manager of a major American food company in connection with an FDA and DOJ criminal Assisting individual client (still a current employee) in navigating through grand jury investigation, internal investigation by Board of Directors and company outside counsel, and related civil litigation.
